I went fishing 🎣 on the ocean the other day and it was so fun 🤩!

Nobody was caching eneything for the first few hours but then it got really good and we were caching them left and right! It was like right after somebody reeled one up somebody else would get a bite on the hook! It was crazy!

Pappy caught like four fish, but they were junk fish. 😢 We had to throw them back. I caught the first fish of the trip, but it was too small so we had to throw it back. 😔 but then I wound up reeling in some of the biggest fish of the trip. I didn’t hook them all though. The tour captain hooked some of them, but I reeled in most of them. It was a pretty fun day. We spent like six hours out on the ocean.

We wound up catching quite a few different species, like grouper, blue runner, triggerfish and a RARE ROCK FISH THAT IS SO VERY POISONOUS ☠️ TO TOUCH!!! we also caught some spotted snapper. I think that’s what it’s called anyway.

We wound up giving those to the tour captain who drove the boat. Also, I got a turn to drive the boat, which I think was really really exciting! then we drove back to where I am right now and cooked some of them for dinner and made some homemade ceviche. Which is basically fish, shrimp, octopus, really any ocean creature cooked in citrus.
